Teach them young
Learning the importance of giving starts young. Parker and Naya, children of Longs Peak Hospital’s Dr. Devin Rickett, set up a lemonade stand outside their home and raised $100, which they donated to the foundation's patient assistance fund.
Phototherapy for babies with jaundice
Donor contributions to the foundation’s Women & Children’s Care Fund recently made an impact, providing two biliblankets for Longs Peak Hospital’s special care nursery. These blankets provide phototherapy to treat babies who have jaundice.

Scholarship recipient brings specialized care to Longmont patients
Longs Peak Hospital’s rehabilitation clinic began offering a lymphedema clinic in May. The service is the result of a collaboration between lymphedema experts from UCHealth rehabilitation clinics in Denver and Fort Collins and Lauren Brown, Longs Peak Hospital’s certified lymphedema therapist.

The foundation will have a booth at Unity in the Community in downtown Longmont on August 23. This outdoor festival is a family-friendly evening of games, music, refreshments, and connection.

Thanks to our donors and to DuraPlaq, a local art solutions company, a gorgeous installation of 55 art panels now enlivens patients' view of the rooftop air handlers at Longs Peak Hospital.
