Guardian Angel
Give in honor of a caregiver.
The Guardian Angel program is an opportunity for grateful patients and their loved ones to make a gift to the foundation in honor of a caregiver who had an impact on their visit or stay. All Longs Peak Hospital employees and volunteers are eligible to be Guardian Angels. Your donation leaves a lasting impact, supporting our mission and goals while recognizing your caregiver with a pin, certificate, and round of applause from their peers.
