Longs Peak Hospital has launched an expansion to better meet community needs

Master Facility Plan – LPH

• A three-story expansion on the north side of the existing hospital and a one-story expansion on the south side of the existing Central Utility Plant and Support Services.
• Filling in the existing courtyard on level 1
• The renovation of approximately 17,350 square feet on Levels 1, 2, and 3.
• The total square footage of the project is approximately:
    New Construction:       56,000 Square Feet
    Renovation:                  17,350 Square Feet ______________________________________
    TOTAL                          73,350 Square Feet

Note: The current project scope includes modifications to the existing parking lot to the north of the facility as required by the proposed building expansion. The project scope does not include the addition of any other parking lots.
