How to join:
Founders make a one-time $10,000 commitment, which may be paid in installments by Dec. 31, 2019. Your contribution can be designated to one or more funding areas, including Healthy Hearts, Patient Assistance, Women’s and Pediatric Care, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Services, Nursing Scholarships/Employee Scholarships, and Area of Greatest Need.

- Experiential facility/department tour, equipment demonstration, physician presentation or hospital leadership engagement (tailored to donor interests).
- Invitation to special recognition events (top donors, board members and hospital leaders).
Exclusive recognition:
- Inclusion on Longs Peak Hospital Founders Society donor wall.
- Inclusion in various foundation publications and promotions.
